Pet Shop Review - Babyrou Dogbows

We were introduced by Masmas Groomers to this online shop, they sell all sorts of handmade bows/ribbons that are really beautiful! We decided to choose 3 different bows, one pink hat clip, one kitty bow and one teddybear LV design bow. During the conversation online with Babyrou Dogbows, i asked if they could give me some bands for me to tie onto Amber's hair to make it more firm before i put on the bows, they were okay with it! I actually preferred to collect my items by meetup but they said they were very busy and they could only do it through post, which i had to pay an extra $1 for it. It was okay for me but the problem is that Babyrou Dogbows was quite hard to contact even through facebook, they only reply once a day and it was mostly short and not very informative. When i had confirmed the orders they didn't even give me the account number to transfer the money to, which i had to ask and wait for the reply.

The orders reached within 2 days which was great, i took out the items from my letterbox, it looked pretty badly wrapped, very tiny packaging and everything was squeezed inside and fastened with scorch tape wrapped all around the package. I was afraid the items would be squashed, however i opened them up and took a look at the items, they looked okay! The bows looked almost identical to what we saw on their facebook, only the teddybear LV design bow looks a bit different, in a sense that the teddybear's color was slightly worn off, it is not very obvious from far but once i bring it closer i can see it clearly. The kitty bow was really pretty, we mixed and match the design ourselves because they didn't have the particular design we selected online. However the pink hat clip was defected, when we unwrapped it the clip was closed but once opened the outer clip sprang out, i tried to attach it back but it couldn't be closed anymore, after inspecting the clip closely i found that the outer clip looked like it was smaller and doesn't fit the size of the inner clip. I quickly message Babyrou Dogbows about the problem, i even took a picture and video to prove that there was a problem with it. Babyrou Dogbows told me to mail the item back to them, i asked about the mailing cost, they told me that they would not charge me when they return the mail back. Being confused, i told them that it was their item that was defected and they should be paying the shipping instead, which in their reply they said that they are also paying the shipping cost if they mail back the item. In business, no customers would care about how much you paid for shipping or whatever extra cost you are paying, instead they demand an item that is proper in condition. In this case it is already not the money that is concerned, mind you the shipping is only 50 cents, it is nothing more than a packet of drinks to me, but the service is already screwed. I have gave them a chance by fighting for my customer rights but it still wasn't working, i have since sent the defected item back to them and still waiting for their reply. This is greatly disappointed me, i've expected myself to write a rainbow review out of this online shop and a bonus since it was recommended from one of my favourite groomers. But truth is there, the products look really great, however the stitching is slightly below average with threads running all around the bows, although it can't be seen as it was from behind but we could see that it was made in a rush. The service was supposed to be great, they even left me a couple of spare bands, but the "after service" was a real let down.

Beauty on the outside..

I may approach Babyrou Dogbows again as time passes BUT if there is a chance i find another dog bows seller i would gladly avoid Babyrou Dogbows.

First time to Pasir Ris Farmway (Pet Farm)

04 Feb, my husband's colleague decided to get another puppy so he drove us to Pasir Ris Farmway to look for puppy since we wanted one as well. He already has a 1 year Male Yorkshire Terrier so he was looking for another breed to accompany his Yorkshire. The farm was really hard to get to if you do not drive a car, unless you don't mind calling a cab. It's in the deepest part of the road and there ain't any buses around. When we first went to the first shop at farmway 02, we met a very stuck-up pet owner. Very "hao lian(proud)" with his puppies and even said all his prices are very CNY, all ended with $xx88 which means good luck for the Chinese people. We saw a pretty red toy poodle but it was sold, so the shop owner told us to buy his other puppies instead since all his puppies are so-called "high quality". I think that shop was kinda overpriced for every puppy that he quoted. One of the pups that he was selling, poodle was just besides it, seek

How to take care of your dog before and after Spay/Neuter

Many owners, especially first timers have no idea how to take care of their dogs after spay/neuter operation, owners that do not know what to expect could easily be traumatize by the experience along with their dog. This is why we have decided to come up with a tutorial on how to take proper care of your dog during the healing process. Before deciding on spaying/neutering your dog, it is good to first read up the pros and cons of doing it, don't spay/neuter your dog just because other people do it, check it up, study about it and take some time to decide. The STOMPer is appealing for witnesses of the hit-and-run accident who caught sight of the taxi's licence plate. Said David: "Sincerely seeking for car drivers that witnessed the accident which caused the death of my sister’s husky. "Hope to find drivers who can remember the hit-and-run cab driver's car plate number. "The accident occurred on Saturday (30 Jun 2012), around 3pm. My sister had brought him out for a walk. "My sister’s dog (Ah Boy) was knocked down by a yellow cab at Old Jurong Road, from Bukit Batok towards Upper Bukit Timah Road. "Apparently, something startled ah boy, and he walked onto the road. There were a few cars then, and ALL cars on the road managed to stop at a distance, without mu
